We had an invisible fence installed by Alex at DogWatch of Central Maryland nearly five years ago when we moved to the area with our two German Shepherds. From the start, Alex was fantastic—he walked us through everything and helped us train our dogs, who picked it up quickly. The installation was smooth, and the system has worked great. We have had our Dog Watch fence in for 13 years. About 7 years ago through some contractor work, the line was torn in several locations, and Alex reran new line for a minimal fee. As of now, all of the original equipment is performing well. Alex came recently to fit our new Lab pup Gus with a new receiver and collar, and it doesn't take long for even a 4 month old pup to figure it out! The invisible fence has served us well for several years. They are very flexible in accommodating the pattern we requested for our fence installation. And, DogWatch of Central Maryland has been quick to respond when we needed our fence repaired (more than once) when it was cut by a lawn service (aeration & over seeding) or a when a utility company (Comcast) was cutting a path to lay a cable underground).
