They are professional and efficient. I was very pleased that they worked with my dogs to help acclimate them to the fence’s boundaries. Very pleased overall.
We had our hidden fence installed this week. DogWatch Hidden Fence has been awesome to work with. We have an 8 month old Jack Russell and a 9 month old Min-Pin. Nate was great - very knowledgable and professional.
The team was great from initial install and helping acclimate my dogs to the boundaries. My husband broke the wires by planting bushes and the team came right out and fixed the wires. Highly recommend as they are professional and responsive.
Our dog is 9 years old. We had the hidden fence installed when he was three months old. I could have never made it without Dogwatch. Great product and company.
