We've had our fence for many years and it works great. We just had an issue with the line being cut from service work and they explained the process and fees, came out and got it fixed. Our technician, Mike, was great! Friendly fast and knowledgeable.
I recommend Dogwatch highly. We have had our hidden fence for about ten years. Our dogs acclimated to it easily, even though they had been accustomed to running in the woods and all around the area where we live. The fence allows them to have a reasonable amount of area to move around, and gives us peace of mind. We had a break in our fence this week after some heavy equipment work was done in our yard.
