Love that they do a meet and greet to ensure not only that our pets are a great fit but also to ensure they feel comfortable and safe. They are very kind and welcoming. Gave us a tour of the facility and love that they have cameras for us to check in. I can leave Oliver here knowing he’s going to be safe, have fun and be taken care of with the best people!
The staff always keep me informed on my dog’s day, changes in behaviors, or any problems they see. They are very proactive when they notice signs of illness in the playroom and show genuine sympathy when your pet is sick. All the staff are incredible, but Brittany and Destiny hold an extra special place in my and my pet’s hearts because of how caring and kind they are. My dog got really sick so I brought him into the vet Saturday night. He got pneumonia from Dogtopia. I found the diagnosis Sunday so I called Dogtopia immediately!!! They didn’t send an email to everyone until that Friday. This sickness cost me $14K in vet bills. I live in an apartment so I know 100% what dogs my dog is around. It seriously upset me how long it took for that email to get out because maybe if someone would’ve said something I could’ve gotten my dog into the vet sooner and he wouldn’t had almost died.
My dog loved going to Dogtopia and the staff loves him. When a dog pees or poops, staff cleans it up immediately. There are fun activities throughout the week and he gets to interact with other dogs in a supervised area. They genuinely care about the dogs that come there.
My dog absolutely loves coming here. He goes to daycare, does spa treatments and we have boarded him. You can tell everyone who works here genuinely cares about him and it makes me feel 100% confident in him being safe and cared for. I also love that I can watch him on the camera throughout the day. 10/10 recommend ❤️
