I didn't see any other daycare that would suit so perfectly the needs of my dog or myself. She is of a deep chested breed and prone to tortion. She needs three meals a day and at least an hour of rest after each meal. Dogtopia is the only place of all I researched that has two hour naps after meal, so that works perfectly. Doggie Daycare March 24 I took my dog there for a meet and greet, and he passed the test to stay at the location and pick my dog up later. My dog “Happy“ was put in the corner and other dogs randomly. Thank God there was a WebCam. I am so disappointed. It was a dark environment with one person with all the dogs and all they did was stand around with each other and snap each other. I didn’t see any play and/or outdoor engagements. My dog has been going over three years to Dogtopia Woodbridge and anytime I had a concern, it was addressed. In a short period of time, my dog started coming home with issues: a broken toe nail, a bleeding ear, got into a fight. All of this is "covered" under the waiver you have to sign about rough play. The latest incident, my dog came home with scratches, scrapped/glistening red skin, a welt, and a limp. I immediately wrote Dogtopia about this and stated my dog would not be coming back. The people at Dogtopia Woodbridge are kind, compassionate, and wonderful, and they love our pups as much as we do! They always hold fun events that pet parents enjoy, and it seems like they have fun doing them! We're so lucky to be a part of the Dogtopia family!
Our dog LOVES going to daycare at Dogtopia. She gets so excited once she realizes where we are going, and the staff are always so sweet and happy to see her too.
