Don’t take your dog here. I dropped my dog off on a Tuesday, picked her up Saturday morning to her neck having a huge open rash on it. They don’t watch the dogs constantly here, are obviously using harsh chemicals on the collars they use, and keep them far too tight. The GM was zero help and said she didn’t see or notice it so they can’t do anything about it. Edit: now it’s Monday 9/8 and I’m on the way to the emergency vet. I am disappointed in making this review- my Yoshi has stayed there twice for boarding, the first was fine, but the second time was a Tuesday and pickup on Saturday. I was called Friday and told she had a “small scab” on her neck. I picked her up Saturday and it is NOT what I would call small. I understand that they put collars on them for identification but thinking about how tight it had to be and NEVER taken off for it to rub her so badly raw and leave these scabs is horrible. We’re in our second week at Dogtopia and my dog LOVES it! The staff is super nice and treats her so well. I really appreciate being able to check in on her with the cameras, and the monthly dog activities are such a fun touch. Great care, great price—we’re so glad we found this place!
I’ve been coming here for years and they are nothing shy of AMAZING! I’m so lucky to have found the team. They take so much care of my dog, Jerry, and he loves going each week. They have amazing events and always send photos of Jer with silly updates of his time there! His smile says it all in the attached photos I’d recommend this spot to anyone in the Midtown/West Midtown area!!!! Thanks again for being so wonderful to Jerry and me!
