My dog and I have been to 4 different Dogtopia locations now. Crystal is the best employee we've encountered. She is deeply committed to making sure the dogs are safe and well cared for. On one occasion when something was overlooked, Crystal was upfront and transparent in addressing it. As far as the Dogtopia brand, we like that the locations look and seem clean. Dogtopia is amazing! The facility is super clean compared to other local doggy daycares. The staff provides a thorough tour of their facility and they are super friendly, knowledgeable and so attentive to both your pet and pet parents. I really appreciate how communicative they were (they have an app!), offering a “report card” on how my dog did and tips on how to help my dog transition from daycare back to home. Love love love Dogtopia! My pup has been coming here for a little over a month now and he couldn’t run to the front doors faster to go inside, he loves going here and has so much fun socializing with the other dogs. I love that you can watch the webcams to see them playing and they have very friendly staff. So happy to have chosen this place for my pup!
