My dog is a very high energy young Doberman mix. He plays hard all day long. He was expelled from his former daycare for "being too disruptive". The staff at Dogtopia, with their multiple certifications, understand him and he is thriving there. He is placed in a room with other large sized high energy dogs and they play the same way that he does. They love him and say he is a very good boy. Solid 3. Your dog will stink when you pick them up and the manager was a little too snippy for the weekly price. I was paying over $700 a month, and to be quite frank I didn’t care about staffing issues and drop off times that best benefit their company. I’m customer, staffing is your problem. We haven’t been back since. Professionalism is key.
Wonderful front office staff and coaches! They have grooming services as well as daycare, which is very convenient for a full spa day! Great spot in a quiet industrial area, tucked away with ample parking. They raise funds to help veterans adopt support dogs by creating adorable paw art, fundraisers, and fun raffles. Highly recommend this South Bay location!
I love Dogtopia of Southbay! My puppy Ember recently started going here and she loves it! She comes home super tired and knocks out for the night! I love that I can see her on the camera whenever I want. The coach in the room gives her so much attention and helps redirect her when needed! I can’t thank Dogtopia of Southbay enough for taking care of my baby Ember!
Professional friendly staff who knows your fur baby and has the most wonderful themes for holidays special days; ice cream day, and and most recently cheeseburger days. The small ones are in their own safe space. The staff are energetic and always smiling. They stay on top of cleaning immediately after a dog does their business to avoid other dogs from getting a hold of it. They love dogs! Wouldn’t go any other place! I know my fur baby is safe there and with the webcams in (5) areas I am certain.
