I’ve had a wonderful experience with Dogtopia, and I especially want to recognize Von for his outstanding customer service. Every time I drop off my dog, Willow, he takes the time to share specific details about how she’s doing, how her day went, and any activities she participated in. I absolutely LOVE this place! We (me and Levi the 4 month old puppy) just finished our first week here. On day 2 the staff already knew me and which puppy was mine! I get pictures throughout the day, they do events weekly, and I can watch him on the live stream cameras! This week he had a photo shoot and a day at the pool. He’s so happy and exhausted, it’s made a huge difference! He’s even made a best friend!!
Our pup absolutely loves Dogtopia! From the very first visit, it only took a few minutes for us to feel like family there. Whether it's daycare with all her furry friends or boarding when we're away, we couldn't be happier with the care she receives. The staff is incredible—they genuinely love what they do. They know every dog's name, and you can tell the dogs are just as excited to see them! Willow loves coming to Dogtopia. They have the best hours for me as a healthcare worker. Willow is always playing her heart out, and I get to watch it all on the cameras! The best part is how calm she is at night. All the staff take such good care of her and give photo updates!
I LOVE this place and so does my puppy! We have a 7 month mixed breed that has so much energy. I don’t mind dropping him off for a full day of play as this staff takes such good care of him! He comes home exhausted and just wants to sleep next to us. Win/win for our household!
