The staff knows all of the dogs and how to read them. I love being able to see the dogs on the app, unfortunately since they "upgraded" the app the video feed is so tiny I'm not sure I am watching my dog or a random Labrador.
Excellent facility. Our dog is always happy to go there and we know she’s in a safe environment. The staff is very friendly and so welcome to our dog too.
We love Dogtopia. Our dog has been coming for 5 years and he loves it. They know our dog well and take such great care of him. It is such a relief to know he is in great hands when we leave him at Dogtopia.

Great staff and great format. The app makes it easy to schedule and check in our dogs through their webcam. The staff and owner, Peter, get to know our dogs' personalities well, maybe better than we do sometimes. We've been using this place for years now.
