I can only speak to the reliability in terms of showing up for appointments, which is not great. I scheduled an appointment to speak to somebody about a position they’re hiring for. I showed up on time and the person had just left. I wasted gas and over an hour round-trip, paid a toll, etc. All to be completely dissed for lack of a better word. I didn’t even get the courtesy of a response to my text so if that’s how they are treating potential employees, how do you think they might be treating your dogs?
Our dog uses Dogotopia at least three times a week. We also board her there when we are out of town. She loves the staff and especially the other pups who have become her bfff!❤️🐾❤️
We’ve boarded our dog at Dogtopia of Port Chester a few times. We’ve been very happy with every experience. Everyone who works there is very friendly and clearly cares about the dogs. The video in the play room is nice to be able to check in when we’re away. Will continue to board our dog there in the future and would definitely recommend them.
I did a trial of a few hours for my dog to potentially keep her here for vacations. The staff was nice but my dog came back smelling like POOP. I wiped my dog's paws before putting her in the car, as I always do before she comes in the house. The wipee I used turned dark brown. I presumed it was dirt when when I smelled it smelled like POOP and it was caked on- endless wiping. I had to give my dog a bath when she got home.
