I left my dog at Dogtopia Park Lane for day boarding. When I picked him up I noticed a large portion of skin rubbed off his nose (basically raw) consistent with crate burn. What upset me most was that I had to find it myself. No one called, informed me, or mentioned the injury at any point during his stay or at pickup. He was clearly in pain and ultimately needed antibiotic cream from the vet. Dogtopia of Park lane has a wonderful team! The atmosphere is kind and cheerful, we felt a part of the family as soon as we talked to them. Highly recommend for any of your 4 paw friends!

Dogtopia Parklane is truly incredible. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, professional, and genuinely caring.
