These guys always take great care of my boy Rufus !! We have done both daycare and boarding and they always are very attentive to his needs.

Picked up my dog and immediately saw several bite marks around his face some of which were actively bleeding. Staff did not say anything about it until I pointed it out. Never trusting with my dog’s health and safety. Reply: I am definitely not mistaken. This is the correct company and location.

Absolutely disgusting!!! The dogs eat, sleep, play, and relieve themselves all in the exact same room. No windows. No change of scenery. No fresh air. I honestly don't get how a place with zero potty breaks has positive reviews. The dogs potty at will, wherever they please. Which will set any home trained dog back and increase risk of infection. Their version of "cleaning" is dipping a mop into a bucket of dirty water and spreading pee across the floor. My dog came out with wet spots on their fur from other dogs' pee. If tha... read more
