Velvet started going to Dogtopia three weeks ago, and it has truly been a life-changing experience for us. The moment we pull up, she can’t wait to get out of the car and head inside. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and they genuinely care—so much so that they know Velvet by name. The facility is always clean, the prices are reasonable, and the peace of mind is priceless. I highly recommend Dogtopia for your fur baby. An added bonus ….you can watch your fur baby during the day via the app!!!!
Missy did such a great job grooming my pup! I told her what I wanted and that was exactly what I got. Very pleased. It’s a bonus that he’s groomed while enjoying daycare. Speaking of daycare…the staff is amazing! Very pleasant and helpful. I am very happy with Dogtopia. I have peace of mind when I drop my pup off in the morning knowing he’ll be well cared for.
When I tell you my papillons Paco and Puma love going to Dogtopia this is no lie. They were so loved and welcomed from day one. I was looking for boarding and I came across the advertisement for this place on IG. I knew it was going to be out of my price range but I was in need of urgent boarding. The customer service sucks. We had an appointment to have our puppy groomed on 2/19/26. They called that morning to say the groomers flight was delayed and they needed to reschedule which is understandable. It was rescheduled for today 2/26/26. I called this morning to verify the time. We show up for our appointment and are told they can't do the grooming today without even calling me and now expect us to wait until 3/17/26....No thanks. They lost a customer, not that they care.
Highly recommend this doggy daycare!! My 8 month old Mini Australian Shepherd loves it! His first day was Saturday. He will be returning for sure!! Great staff and atmosphere there! The best part is that you can watch all of the play groups on the web cams once you download the app. Everything looked very cleaned and organized too! I'm so glad they finally opened one of these so close to my home and job for my little fur baby!
