Dogtopia was an okay place for my puppy, but several issues ultimately led me to terminate my membership. The cleaning methods could be much better, my puppy came home multiple times with poop on his ears, and when checking the cameras, I often saw staff dragging dirty mops across the floor. It also seemed like there were too many dogs in one room with only one staff member supervising. I will not recommend. I find Gabrielle also horrendously rude and a huge deterrent to the facility. There also seems to be a level of incompetence here compared to other places I’ve been to.
Gabrielle is very passive aggressively rude, and condescendingly speaking to clients. As a new client, she is a good part of the reason why I’m hesitant of bringing my dog here. She’s very rude I will not trust my puppy in her care. My dog is calm and does not yell, as soon as she received her my puppy was crying multiple times in that back room, and she claimed it it was because she was putting a leash on. Had a really great experience with everything until my dog was injured during daycare. I was called to come get my dog because she had a puncture wound on her side and needed stitches. When I got there no one could tell me how it happened but I was assured a manger would be calling me before the end of the day. 24 hours later after hearing nothing I called. Dogtopia North Brookhaven is the absolute best! Our dog is so excited to go to doggy daycare. Every single member of the staff is so sweet, kind, and attentive. Cannot recommend enough!
