The way they treat your dogs is beautiful but the way they treat their staff at this location could use improvement. I have medical issues and was told I was unreliable for almost passing out. I got fired for sharing that my manager asked me to stay two more hours when there was a medical emergency going on that I was made aware of during my shift. Best dog daycare by far! Our dogs love it and come back home so happy each time. The only good value in town. Great location traffic wise. Easy and quick to get in and out.
Sasha and I love Dogtopia Brookhaven. I moved to Atlanta to start a new full time in-person job coming from full time remote work. I knew I needed to find something for Sasha to do while I was at work and so glad I found and trusted them. I don’t need to set an alarm anymore because Sasha wakes me up to go to school every morning now. Thank you brookhaven team!
From the very first day, the staff made me and my dog feel welcome and cared for. They explained everything clearly, from the play packages to how each plan works, so there were no surprises. We chose the 99 a week plan because it just made the most sense. Our dog comes home happy and tired which I guess is the goal! Towards the end of the week she can be a little stinky but she plays with a bunch of dogs everyday so I get it. Luckily they offer baths so we sign up for one on Wednesdays so she stays pretty clean.
