The recent management change at this Dogtopia location has been fantastic! I was on the verge of looking for a new dog daycare for my 2-year-old, high-energy, English Pointer mix before Brandon and Brian took over at this location about a month ago. The turnaround has been incredible. The new staff, along with the handful of existing staff that were retained, have been wonderful. I can’t say enough good things about this place! The entire staff treats my dog like the little diva she is and is so attentive to her. I definitely know that when she’s here she’ll be taken care of and I don’t have to worry about anything. 10/10!!!!
LOVELOVE LOVEThe IMPROVED Dogtopia of Las Colinas. I was becoming so disappointed in how it had ended up. My furbaby was not wanting to go there anymore which was upsetting for me and I was starting to look at other options. Then the new Manager Brandon came aboard in January and the team started turning things around in such an AWESOME way including more organized. The staff is so friendly and welcoming! They are under new management and are revamping everything! From prices to A+ care - Brandon made Maizey and I feel so comfortable coming in as new clients. Its been so great picking my pup up from day care after work and she falls straight to sleep. The staff at Dogtopia Las Colinas really cares about each dog’s wellbeing and it shows! Thank you!
I hate to leave a negative review, because I do understand that things happen and the dogs can’t be watched at all times, but our dog was bit by another dog here twice in the span of three weeks and the staff at Dogtopia has not been able to give us answers as to why this happened. I watch our dog on the cameras every time he is there and for the most part he keeps to himself. We’ve never had an issue with him getting along with other dogs and he’s very well socialized.
