Love these guys!! My dog looks forward to going to ‘school’ and they’re always happy to see him. Everyone there has great energy and is well informed. You can tell they care about all the dogs that come in and the facility is always kept neat and clean. I couldn’t be happier!
Staff is VERY knowledgeable and I always receive a reply via email or text from an agent after hours answering my direct questions. They have 5am-10pm now for dogs! All staff is amazing. I hope they fix the outside area soon is my only complaint. They plan to do this soon though!
I’m very happy with Dogtopia. I travel several times a year for two weeks at a time and she always comes home happy and is always OK with going there so they must be treating her good. They boarded her at night and she has daycare during the day so she’s not locked up the Entire time which makes me feel good. I appreciate them watching over my baby.
Absolutely thrilled with Dogtopia in Las Colinas! Since the new management took over, the level of care and attention my golden retriever receives is nothing short of exceptional. The recent management change at this Dogtopia location has been fantastic! I was on the verge of looking for a new dog daycare for my 2-year-old, high-energy, English Pointer mix before Brandon and Brian took over at this location about a month ago. The turnaround has been incredible. The new staff, along with the handful of existing staff that were retained, have been wonderful.
