We’ve had nothing but great experiences at Dogtopia. From the very first meet and greet, the customer service was top notch. Jordan at the front desk was wonderful, and the care team took such thoughtful steps to understand our dog’s history with other dogs, do a thorough assessment, and carefully introduce him to the group. We had such an amazing experience with Dogtopia while we were away in Vegas! Leaving your dogs behind can be stressful, but from the moment we dropped them off, we knew they were in great hands. The staff is absolutely incredible and so kind, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. Our dogs were so happy and well cared for, and it truly showed when we picked them up. They watched our fur babies for a long weekend and did amazing! Our fur babies also received a spa day. When we picked them up they smelled so good and was two happy dogs. Thank you!! I would definitely recommend doggie daycare or overnight stays. You can tell the staff really care and get to know the dogs.
Our Frankie girl loves Dogtopia and we do too! This was our first time boarding our pup and we ofcourse were so nervous but the staff and video cams really put us at ease. We can tell Frankie is in good hands when we drop her off for day care and she comes home the happiest dog.
We started with the intent just for boarding when we take vacations but, our dog loves it and now are weekly patrons. The staff are friendly, they get to know your pet and honor that pets are beloved family. It makes me happy when our puppy gets excited for daycare. You can watch your dog on the web cam. I highly recommend.
