Dogtopia Garden Home is awesome, and every person I’ve met there is wonderful. My dog has been going to daycare regularly for about 5 months, and he loves it, it’s made him so much more confident around people and dogs. His little sister just joined this week, and she’s doing so great. I love that I can check in on the webcam, and that everyone who works there just clearly loves dogs. I really really wanted to like this place. The people there seem super nice, but sadly my dog was attacked there not once but twice. I’ve had dogs my entire life and I’ve never seen play escalate to the point of several puncture wounds…. And because of the several puncture wounds, he was not allowed to play with other dogs. So instead of a fun playful boarding and day care visit he was locked in a kennel the whole time. My pup is always happy & tuckered out when I pick him up! He makes great friends here, canine and human alike. The staff is always kind, the place is clean, and the half day daycare/pay per play visits aren’t too expensive! I really enjoy the fun activities they do and all the flexibility they offer when it comes to my dog’s behavior/routine. I love this Dogtopia location!
Miss Luna reminds me every morning that she wants to visit the amazing family she’s adopted at Dogtopia. Be it daycare, boarding or her spa experience, the care and attention she experiences is always top notch. This is not easy work but the love of these dogs is always top of mind when I see them interacting with their doggie guests. Thank you team Garden Home not only have you taken care of my Luna but given me peace of mind knowing how well she’s cared for.
What really stands out about this facility is the CARE! Yes, every staff member knows my dog’s name but they understand he’s a family member. When we were going out of town & had to board him 2 things stood out: 1. Staff asked if he had any medications, he did not at the time (our previous boarding place said they would NOT administer medication) he is on medication now so I know we are in good hands. 2.
