Our pup loves it here. He gets excited when I drop him off. I like the report card and they have video you can watch anytime. Our pup is very hyper even after going on walks. We decided to put him in daycare because I work from home and he just wants to play all day! Now I get a break and he comes home and crashes out! Your location needs to do a better job of reading reservation notes and listening to customers when they drop off their dogs. This is the second time our dog was in for daycare + a bath + nail trim and neither of those additional services were performed. We live in Lawton and one of the reasons we drop off our pet is for those services. Please do a better job of intakes.
My 5 stars is for the people who show they at least care and enjoy the dogs. Even if they’re just babysitting, they’re kind and monitor well
