I think they changed owners, it used to be dogtopia and the staff seems different from before… I really liked dogtopia for grooming before but ever since it became pet planet the service and quality isn’t as good. Nails weren’t trimmed properly some were barely cut.. and staff feels rough with the dogs… just my opinion. Will probably find another groomer to trim nails

My dog loves this place. I know that it might not smell pretty. You can imagine little puppies plus floor and no matter how much you clean it remember what happens to the floor but my dog is so happy about the place and he literally recognizes the place just when I approach the corner and based on my dog, it gets a five star review
Firstly, I’ll mention that we have a 5 pound deer head Chihuahua who is a registered service animal. He’s not your typical Chihuahua at all. Genuinely extremely happy to see us at the end of the day, is a loving lap dog and absolutely loved going to his old daycare. We had to move from White Rock to Coquitlam And chose to use Dogtopia as he had been to a branch of the same in another province, with great success.
