I still can't recommend this place—terrible service, even worse follow-through. About a month ago, after struggling with their broken online booking system, I brought my dog in only to have the groomer completely ruin their coat. Absolutely amazing experience! I just happened to be in the area and decided to stop in, and I'm so glad I did. Tran (I hope I'm spelling that correctly) was beyond helpful. We had a great chat about dogs nutrition, and he was incredibly knowledgeable. You can tell he genuinely cares about the quality of the products he carries and wants what's best for every pet. I visited pet planet today for dog stuff, but unfortunately they don’t carry that, but the employee preet gave me really good service, she nicely explained about the alternative dog food, really appreciate her, she gave bunch of free samples!! Love it
We recently boarded our dog at Pet Planet while we were away on vacation, and we couldn’t be happier with the care he received. The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely understands the needs of each dog. It gave us great peace of mind knowing he was in good hands during our week away. If I could do 0, I would. This place had the worst service amd disgusting place ever. Your dog will come back will dirtied paws with pee, super scared and your dog will not be themselves for a few days after coming back home. My dog also came home with a limp that actually was a torn ccl so she required major surgery. When speaking to this ownership, they were rude, recording our conversations, defensive, and not letting us even discuss or figure out how the injury occurred.
