Great daycare! my puppy has been going there at least once a week for the past year. They have great hours and the late pick up on the weekend has been very handy. The staff is excellent. My dog alway has a great time and is always beat when i pick him up. I know he likes it because he gets all excited when we make the turn onto Woodridge off Lougheed. I really look forward to the Santa photos each christmas. The booking platform is super convenient too!

Five stars for the amazing service! I visited Pet Planet last week I guess and was helped by Preet. She was incredibly kind and made me feel so welcome. It’s clear she cares about the customers (and their pets!). I’ll definitely be coming back because of her. She explain the day care and boarding in very detail.
Nice store.They carry everything we need. Employee in retail told me about daycare and grooming. Went to daycare but there was no one there to assist.
A Home to my pet. Whenever i get into the store the staff make us feel like home by offering the great service and huge Discounts. I tried alot of stores but they were just doing business but here in the petplanet they make connection which is good for our pocket and pets health. A recommended place for your pet health.
