My puppy was bit so hard it broke the cartilage in her ear. I am sure she was crying and nobody cared. I have reached out. They were like we care we are so sorry. Nope Alexis i talked to numerous times, I asked for a DM to no avail. If you can't see your dog on camera they are locked in a cage. I can share photos. What is so sad my baby girl misses her friends.

Poorly run, inconsistent information, terrible customer service. We took our dog here for his initial meet and greet and were told he was never scheduled, I’ve been called and told our vaccinations were out of date when I literally checked with someone the week before and they were in date — then I was told our dog would be placed in isolation for the remainder of the day. Bought a package from them for a few hundred dollars and they changed computer systems and noted that they have no record of it. We never got it resolved with the days back or the money back. They approved a boarding visit for July 4th to drop off in the morning but they ended up being closed and we were unable to go on our trip.
