Super friendly and professional staff. Great care for my dog whenever we come into town!
Absolutely unacceptable experience. The grooming job on both of my dogs was sloppy and clearly rushed, yet I was overcharged as if I received premium service. To make matters worse, they added a “handling fee” after the fact, with no proper explanation or warning beforehand. You don’t get to do a poor job and then tack on extra charges to justify it. We have been using Nooshy/ Dogtopia as our main daycare for a long time. Our dog has a great time playing with her friends and the daycare attendants :)
