Great experience thus far. The meet and greet was amazing. Alex was very warm and welcoming. Gave me a great tour of the facility, making me feel at ease my dog is in a safe and fun place. All the staff I met so far have been great and informative. Definitely recommend.

I read all the negative reviews and I’m sad to say they were right. The woman that answered our call was so rude and condescending, she left a voicemail and I had to listen to it a couple of times because I could not believe how rude and condescending she was being. Is the same woman everyone is complaining about, she must be the owner, otherwise I don’t understand how someone this many bad reviews could still be employed by anyone. I did my Meet and Greet with Larry. He explained the whole process of how they run the facility. The tour was great with my dog. Everything was clean. You can tell they run a business that understands dogs and understands owners' concerns. The yards are huge for the dogs. He was very patient with my dog, and worked with my dog, not forcing my dog into uncomfortable situations. I can't wait to take my dog there again !

Macie loves staying at Dogtopia and especially loves going in the water no matter the weather. Staff is great about carrying out our requests to keep Macie healthy.
