Great place for doggie day care. They let them roam around inside and out. Addendum: unfortunately the first time we boarded our pup, he apparently acted out at the end of his stay, and we were not allowed to go back. I understand with so many dogs roaming around, they cannot have any of the dogs act out, I guess it is their business model. 🤷🏻♂️
It’s saddens me to be writing this sort of review. I started taking my two great Danes to Dogtopia when they first opened 10 years ago and they were great even after my dogs got older and stopped going. I’ve always recommended Dogtopia to everyone when they’ve asked for a place that I thought was safe For their dogs. Great experience thus far. The meet and greet was amazing. Alex was very warm and welcoming. Gave me a great tour of the facility, making me feel at ease my dog is in a safe and fun place. All the staff I met so far have been great and informative. Definitely recommend.
I read all the negative reviews and I’m sad to say they were right. The woman that answered our call was so rude and condescending, she left a voicemail and I had to listen to it a couple of times because I could not believe how rude and condescending she was being. Is the same woman everyone is complaining about, she must be the owner, otherwise I don’t understand how someone this many bad reviews could still be employed by anyone.
