I asked for a quote to ship my cat to Lithuania and first thwy came back with a very unreasonable route, and when i asked for alternative more reasounable routes they completely dissapeard and stopped responding to my messages. Looks like it depends on the destination and difficultyif they want to provide services or not..
Overall our experience with Dogtainers was good. We had one issue (which is why my rating isn’t 5 stars) where the person managing our booking flatly refused a minor request about crate set up for our 8 week old puppy who was they were transporting from central NSW to Melbourne. The staff member became passive aggressive and obstructive when i pushed the issue. Fantastic company. Easy to deal with from beginning to end. Very efficient. Our pup was well cared for from Sydney to Melbourne and it was a great decision to use Dogtainers! I highly recommend them
