Used Dogtainers for a move from Syd to Melb, was fantastic from the get go, case manager was always on hand to answer amy questions and helped us with not only a stressful interstate move but also facilitated dropping pur two cats back to us once we had settled into our new house. Highly reccomend
My dog Izzy and I moved to Melbourne from Sydney and izzy travelled with dogtainers, and they worked so hard to make sure we had the right experience - she was well looked after, and while glad to be out of the crate at the other end, she was safe and sound. Would 10/10 recommend for ease of booking, care, price, and helpfulness
Fantastic service from Dogtainers. From the enquiry phone call to the actual flight they were just amazing. Rocky flew from Sydney to Launceston and I was impressed with the attentiveness and care given to my little fur child. I will def be using Dogtainers again and have the utmost confidence in their service. Clearly dogs are treated as VIP travellers.
Dogtainers was very easy to work with when we moved our Chihuahua from Sydney to Singapore in cabin. Jess helped to identify all the documentation we needed, arrange appointments and even communicated directly with our import agency in Singapore. Would definitely recommend.
