Dogs Only team is the best! We have been taking our beloved Golden Retriever Rex to Dogs Only for several years and hold Dr. Prescott and her staff in the highest regard. Never Again I first want to defend Sarah, the manager. She has been helpful and understanding and does not get included in this review. Regardless, the experience we had today at DOMC was regrettable. We've been patients at two other clinics in the time we had owned our dogs and NEVER had such a negative, unprofessional experience (or anything close).
Our new Dog Doctor I had a fantastic experience at Dogs Only. This is a wonderful environment for dogs and people. I thought Dr Prescott and her staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I felt Dr Prescott took her time with Shelby and actually cared for her needs.
Outstanding I just moved into the area and have been to other animal hospitals in the area. I was happy that I found Dogs Only. The staff and doctor are warm and cheerful. They seem like they truly care about their patients and clients. They gave me some advise on many different pet products. They did not carry the products so they were not just trying to sell you something. The lobby is not cluttered with a lot of products which is a plus. My new vet I found Dogs Only was clean and the process for the visit well organized. I also appreciated that the focus was on the health of my dog ?? not an attempt to ??sell? me on a product that just happen to be available in the lobby. Everyone was very professional, polite and showed genuine concern for Shasta. Dr Prescott was very kind and made sure I not only understood the proposed course of action, but that I also agreed with it. HIGH COST & UNNECESSARY PROCEDURES This veterinary hospital charges much higher fees for office visits, procedures, vaccines and tests than any other place I have ever been. It is a beautiful clinic and the explanation from one staff member is that it costs more to maintain. They also insist upon routine teeth cleaning when there are many non invasive methods - like Plaque Off - which work just as well. Excellent Service A puppy is a new adventure for our family and Dr Prescott has been great helping us all settle in. The doctor and staff sat down with us to answer all of questions. I really like when the nurses write down everything that has been discussed. Our puppy is always happy to come in; she knows that the staff really loves dogs. I am totally confident that our puppy will receive the best of care.
Caring Hospital I think the doctor and staff at Dogs Only Medical Center are great and they truly cared about my puppy. I am a new puppy owner and had many questions. They sat down with me and took the time to answer them. I felt at ease when I left.
We love them Incredible staff - friendly and professional. I felt that they truely cared about our dogs. The hospital was clean and did not have a dog odor. My dogs enjoy going there, they love the treats and bones.
