After two trips to this forsaken establishment I switched groomers. My pet was traumatized! The employees at this location claimed my 4 month old puppy was out of control and attacking their employees. After the second visit I listened to their recommendations and starting working with my pet and noticed no misbehavior what-so-ever. I have moved on to a new grooming location and there has been NO reported problems.
