We use them for dog daycare and an overnight while on vacation in Marathon. Our guy loves other dogs and lots of activity, and he definitely got it there. I was worried about the Heat, but they had plenty of inside space and my guy seem to do just fine. Great people!
I’m not normally one to bash on reviews. However I went into this place to look for boarding/grooming services. What I seen was so alarming that I struggled all the way home, if I should do this. I decided yes for the love of the dogs. I just retired in Feb 2018 from my business Paws-N-Claws Pet Resort of 22 Years. What a great career super rewarding! Hi Karen, so unfortunate that as a fellow business owner in the industry you would choose to bash another business, I, (David) made the judgement call to walk away from our play group of our 4 (2 Afghan Hounds, the Malinois, Standard poodle) personal dogs, and 3 of our regular daycare dogs of 5 days a week to assist in the grooming salon. Not sure what I am more upset with the rudeness of groomer or the horrible cut. Groomer was extremely rude from moment of arrival until we walked out of place. Was told grooming was going to be $70 ended up being $100. They shaved the dog down. He had razor burns and cuts all over his body. They left his ears so long that he was chewing on it on the way home. Had to purchase scissors and trim ears once we got home. By far the worst grooming experience ever in entire seven years I had dog.

I'll post a better response in the morning, but Harlee this is the condition your dog came in, flea infested and in such bad shape other salons would have turned you away. The matting is a clear sign of continuous neglect and your razor burn claim is likely inflammation from blood rushing back to the skin after having the carpet shaved off your dog. You were advised of additional charges due to the condition of the dog, we had no choice but to shave your dog down. Please don’t ever let your dog get to this condition again.
Wonderful ; dependable for grooming as well as boarding! My little Molly actually likes them!

I'm sorry that I haven't said this earlier, but Sylvia & I would give them at least 10 stars, but they only have 5 on the rating :). Miss Roxy always enjoys her stays here and hey, she made out better for Thanksgiving this year that we did!. Roxy always jumps out of the car and runs to the building when it's time for her "vacation" This place rocks and we would highly recommend Sophia and David to take care of your dog.

Sophia and David are the absolute best! They treat your pup like it’s their own. Wouldn’t take my fur kids anywhere else!
