I like that lady. She knows more about my Yorkie than a lot of people. She knows more about dogs period. He always looks really good when I pick him up. I have no problem in recommending her. My dog is a little baby and I can't leave him with just anyone. She is great!

The service I have received wouldn't deserve one star! I brought my baby, Lexi to be groomed on a Saturday. It was my first and last visit. There are so many issues I could share, but for now the main issue is there was extreme redness between her eyes as well as her little privates. When I picked her up from the Groomer , she told me that Lexi had an eye infection and could not trim her face, however it was obvious that her face had been groomed. AWFUL - TRIED TO GIVE MY DOG TO SOMEONE ELSE! AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!! If I could zero stars, or negative stars, I would! It s bad enough that she didn t trim my dog the way I asked her to, but the really awful part is that SHE TRIED TO GIVE MY DOG TO SOMEONE ELSE! When I arrived, another customer had a collar and leash on my dog and had I not arrived right at that time, and argued the groomer for several minutes, my dog would have gone home with someone else. I have two mini. schnauzers that require frequent grooming. I have tried many groomers closer to my home but continue to be disappointed. Not a one even comes close to the cut, care, and concern shown at Dog's Day Out! This place is awesome and it is well worth the the drive and the money. Don't bother going anywhere else!!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! After reading all of the positive reviews I assumed this was a stellar place, I now see that they were all written on February 19, 2011... a little suspicious. The place should be called "Dogs Day In Hell". They did not listen to me on my specific instructions for my dog, they were very "Ya, ya, just put her in the kennel, I'll get to her whenever I decide to". Good Grooming We have taken our dog here for a long time. They have always done a good job grooming him. He has a difficult cut and they always get it just right. He comes home happy and looking so cute and smelling wonderful. They always put an adorable bandana on him when they are finished. We always try to have the same person groom him as we have had good luck with her. I can't imaging taking my dog anywhere else. Great Staff We have taken our dogs here for a number of years and have always been pleased with the results. The staff has been great to work with and the dogs always look wonderful. The little scarves they give them are an extra treat. I highly recommend to all those looking for a great grooming place.
