Fantastic!! when I am in Town; I always need to board for a day or two. and Dog patch Downs is hands down the best. they really show that they care and that they are animal/dog people. I have a Queensland and sometimes they can be handful and no problems. just an exhausted dog when we pick up which is what I like to see. Definitely I would recommend.
I used to board my dogs there, until I saw there blue poodle out on the highway the other day. Apparently it has happened before to. If they can't keep their own dogs safe I don't trust them with mine.
Two of our family pets were there for trainihg. One stayed for two weeks but we were told each week the other needed to stay longer. Several times we called to see our family pet but told not to come because the trainer bond would be broken. After 6 weeks we decided to get our pet. She was emaciated, ribs sticking out, hip bones sticking out. She was afraid of family for several weeks after we brought her home. Both began deficit ingredients in the house. My dogs when they went there for training were plump and came back with their bones showing, too skinny. They were moping and sad for about three days before they got back to their normal selves. My dogs will never go there again.
I just want to start off saying THANK YOU so very much for all the hard work everyone, especially Roslyn, put in with Kaiser this past month he was staying with Dogpatch Downs. I didn't think that I could love Kaiser anymore than I did but he came back so calm and affectionate that it's almost like I have a new dog around.
