This is by far the worst office to receive any type of mental health care from. From the office staff to the doctors they do not even seem to care about their patients let alone seem to enjoy their job in general. The Doctor is not willing to accommodate work or school schedules to offer later appointments. The doctor was consistently twenty to thirty minutes late logging on for the a scheduled appointment and the attitude in regards to that ‘is that it’s okay it’s how things work’. If you want someone who is pleasant and listens, don’t go here. All of the staff including the doctors have no bed side manners at all. The worst experience I’ve had seeing a therapist.
Worst experience ever very unprofessional they don’t care
I came here for help with Anxiety and ADHD. I was given no real help with anxiety to the point that three YouTube videos literally did more than the 6 months of therapy i had here. As for my ADHD I was told i could bot have it since Im an adult and “adults grow out of ADHD” (this was proven wrong like a decade ago). In addition to this i was told to “just focus harder” as if I dont have a well documented disability that literally prevents that.
