Nikki is wonderful! Been a customer for 4 yrs now and have always found her to be kind and professional. My miniature schnauzer loves going to Doggie Style and always looks Great when I pick her up. Pricing is a bit steep in my book ($45 for 8lb dog), or maybe I'm behind the times on pricing. Prior groomers were $35, but Nkki's work is superior, so I endure. We had taken are dogs there since they had opened and had been happy, then things started to change I did not know if it was the new employees Nikki had hired or what but are Jack Russells were not as clean as before and they were more jittery to leave when we got there to pick them up. The Final straw was Nikki clipped one of are Jack Russells stating it was a hot spot, it took over 3 months to heal with antibiotics and a cone so he would not scratch it. Had taken my dog to Doggy Styles twice and was happy with their work and prices, even though they use very confusing lingo to describe haircuts. When I called to schedule my third appointment, Nikki (the owner) was rude and short with me. Both of the other times I called and got same day appointments with no problem. Here was the phone conversation today: Nikki:"Hi this is Nikki" Me: "Hi Nikki, I was wondering if you had any open appointments for today?" Doggy Styles offers the best grooming services, they are professional and my dog always looks perfect. I have always had great service and my dog is happy too!!!! I would never take my dog any where else. Thank You for making my dog look his very best!!!!!! :)
