Highly recommend them. My lil man hates baths and nails cut. Courtney and Kt took them time with them. The lady who checked us in very nice and professional. Made me feel at easy. I knew my babies were in good hands. Going to bring the other two up.

they have a tremendous amount of patience. when I first started with Joann my dog was impossible but with her care (and her staff) he became pliable. he always comes home looking very handsome
They are so kind and considerate of my large older dog. She looks stunning after her day there! So glad they got her in quickly as well. They are very pleasant and explained everything. I appreciate the time they spent on Athena. Thank you so much.
The groomers did a fantastic job with my Standard Poodle, and the owner is extremely sweet and knowledgeable. We will definitely be visiting again!
Ashley did a great job. Rambo is very temperamental with clippers. She did a great job at calming him down so much so that he made a new friend. Thank you!
I have a poodle and not everyone can groom one properly. I have been searching Ocala for 5 years for a groomer that does poodles properly. They did Exactly what I asked for. I asked for Preston to be put in a finished full coat, he was again beautiful and done to perfection. He could contend for a ribbon in seniors competition with his new cut.
