We took our 11 year old Tibetan terrier mix, Kia, to Doggie Syles today for her very first grooming appointment. She was a MESS. But when we got her back she was clean, fluffy, beautiful and smelled so pretty, with a nice little bandana around her neck. The groomers were patient with her and knew exactly how to handle her to gain her trust. Kia is rather timid in strange situations and especially with strange people, so we were afraid we'd return to a dog quaking in fear, but she was happy and calm.
