I never received a call back. : / they get a 3 because people get busy and forget, which is sometimes understandable, so I have to cut them sooome slack.
Excellent service, great price
Good cut, horrible customer service. Groomer was unprofessional, very rude and had a sour attitude. Part of being a groomer is working with clients and educating them on what's best for their pups. Don't provide a service if you can't provide customer service. Owning a business takes more than skill it takes class, and professionalism which unfortunately this business doesn't have.
If it were possible to rate this company with no stars I would have done so! I have no idea of the quality of their grooming services because my calls to them were never returned so no appointment was scheduled. For the record I called and left my name, phone number with a request for an appointment. No return call has been received for either of those calsl!
