DoggieLatchkey was an amazing service to me and my senior cat, Mallory. Joni was extremely responsive, detail oriented, and treated Mallory as her own. Even going as far to let her lay on her coat when she visited, and brought her some cat toys from her own kitties for mine to play with. My partner and I were extremely nervous about leaving her for two weeks over the Thanksgiving holiday, especially being new to the area. Joni from Doggie Latchkey has gone way above and beyond my expectations. Not only does she take wonderful care of my cat, she always brings my mail inside and offers to water my flowers on the front porch unprompted. She is incredibly kind and communicative, taking extra care to make my shy kitty feel tended to. She coaxes her out with Churu treats (which must really be working because she’s the first sitter in quite some time my cat has really warmed up to quickly!!). Love Doggie Latchkey, and Stephanie, Otto's walker/sitter. He adores her, and I like how the service is flexible to what we need on different occasions (e.g. if we need him picked up from daycare before sitting).

We had a great experience with Doggie Latchkey with Brenda as our sitter :) We got updates daily on our dog and our home was kept clean and tidy. We would definitely use their services again!

I have been using Nikki for a few years she is fantastic! I cherish the personal notes she sends me while I am away with updates. I feel confident my kitties are taken care of. I really appreciate this at home pet service!
