Beware of this place! If you care for your dog at least a little bit do not take it there. I dropped off my, they didnt even ask for her vacines, asking for the owner to groom my dog. When I go back to pick her up I find out that someone who did not know what they were doing had groomed her. Not only was her hair cut a mess, she was bleeding all over the floor the floor. I used to take my cocker spaniel to petsmart which was the better of all places in town after trying 3 or 4 different places and one day I got a coupon for this place so i decided to give it a try. Well it was so impressed. The staff is so friendly. I got in there without an appointment and I thought it would take hours like in pet smart where they leave ur mascot in a cage for a long long time. This business is wonderful. I have taken our pet to the same groomer for two years and finally decided to make a switch due to difficulties with the other place. I saw this location on my way to work, they open at 7 am and walk ins are very welcomed. I took my baby in at 7:15 and the staff if excellent. They picked up my dog right away inspected him and you can see that they really enjoy caring for dogs. They were wonderful! I brought in my two poms and they came out with the perfect trim and they came out happy. I am a very picky doggy momma, but Isabelle and her staff are truly experienced groomers. They were the 3rd groomer we tried in the valley and will use them next yr. They followed my instructions(even calling to check on one point), my dogs were done promptly at their appointed grooming times and they did not have to sit there all day.
