A dog was killed from this business owner's negligence. The dog was attacked by a larger dog. The owner tried to cover it up. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!!!!!

I dropped off my healthy twelve year old, 7 pound, Chihuahua at this facility to be boarded for 5 days while we were out of town. On the morning of the third day, the owner of the business called me to say she had found him lifeless on the floor. I begged her to take him to a vet and she did. That vet got on the phone with me and said that our Nacho had a sudden heart attack and passed quickly. They both offered to cremate the body as a favor since we were out of town and I declined. It pains me to write this review but felt like customers should know. We’ve been taking our dog for well over 2 years and have always been very happy with the work they provided. The last 2 times the grooming and bathing has been subpar. This last time in August, I paid for grooming, bath, teeth brushing, facial, and nail cut and grind. My dog was there less than 2 hours. His cut was horrible and had 2 places where they had cut him. His eats m were destroyed and I had to gone home and even trim them up myself. Th... read more
