I stopped taking my Poms here. The owner is always rude and seems to be in a bad mood all of the time. Last time my dogs were there she shaved there tummies so close they cried for days. Wants you to be there between 8:00 and 9:00 am . Heaven forbid if you arrive at 9:00. She will really be rude to you. The place seems dirty and smells all the time. Seems like she hates her job.

Friendly Dog Groomer – We took out Bishan/Terrier mix in and he turned out excellent. As to kids at the groomer, I don't mind. They were a family friendly atmosphere. I didn't see the kids buggin the dogs and the results were fantastic. I understand older dogs may be nervous around kids. The place is so close and usually busy so make sure if you want a Saturday cut to call a week before.

Wouldn't go again – Person working had toddler running around the facility. It felt more like a daycare than a grooming place. My dog is 15 years old and has severe arthritis. When she is being groomed, she should haven't to be terrified that a child will be climbing on her or stepping on her toes. The facility is close to my home so I was hoping it could be our regular groomer. However, after one visit, I am convinced it is not a good match for my beloved mutt.
