This place is the best! Good quality food reasonably priced. Wash your own dog, which is great. They also sell products that have allowed my 11 year old dog to live pain free. She has hip dysplasia and for the past 2 months she has taken connectin hip & joint soft chews and all has been well!! They also sell CBD oil that I would have gone too if not the success of the soft chews.

I was in the other day looking for a healthier dog food alternative for my 2 dogs and I couldn't have asked for better service! All of my questions were answered and I walked out of there feeling really good about what I'd be feeding my dogs. Not only are they getting better nutrition, but they absolutely LOVE it. Bathe our pups in the self service dog wash bays. Staff is super nice and helpful. Wide variety of great dog and cat foods including raw and freeze dried.

I visited the store looking for puppy food & treats and was quickly welcomed with friendly, knowledgeable service right away. They had a great supply of food, toys, and care products for both cats and dogs. I was most impressed though with their customer service, honesty, and helpfulness. I was provided with many suggestions and was happy to see the local, healthy food choices for pets. I came to the store because I was involved with the adoption event with Big Bones. The staff was great! Very friendly! They also offered the dogs that were up for adoption to have a free bath! I thought that was truly wonderful and sweet. The 2 dogs I brought walked out smelling wonderful and clean! Great bath tubs for all pets. Very clean and very organized!! Great place!!

This really is as good as it gets for customer service! I always have a great experience here! Tony, Brian and the rest of staff get to know you by name, I don't feel like "Just a customer". Their knowledge of animal nutrition has been extremely helpful in getting our small dog's "Ph" balanced naturally rather than having to do it with prescription medications. I won't buy my food anywhere else!
