My three puppers are little heathens but Juan and staff took such great care of them, thank you sooooo much! We will definitely come back!!!

I took my adorable westie in for a WESTIE cut. I asked for a full round face, no skirt. Just a clean up. I got back a rat that is shaved down so close between her eyes I'm surprised she isn't blind. The nasty woman on the phone says "well there's nothing we can do now. You should have been more clear". I'm so disgusted and disappointed.

During her consultation, you told us that you did not want a traditional Westie cut. You wanted the rest of her cut down short (but not as short as the area where the vet used a surgical blade) and a round head. We took our puppy in for his first ever groom and are very happy with the experience. He had some matted areas of fur so he went from a LOT of fluff to a close shave, but they were able to keep his cute fluffy face. We will definitely be returning!
They took great care of Luke and made sure his first hair cut was a positive experience.
I took my Bulldog, Winston here after recently moving to grandview. I was nervous going to a new groomer after several years at my old one but the staff was so friendly as soon as we got there. Winston was hesitant to be there at first but the staff made him feel loved and welcomed. Thank you for making Winston look great and treating him like one of your own!
