Terrible customer service and communication from the service department. I was quoted two days for them to look at my truck to investigate a code and it took an additional three days for them to just look at the truck. Once the timing was delayed there was a complete lack of follow up/response from the service department. Then I was informed parts were on back order and there were no aftermarket parts available. Called Frieghtliner to schedule troubleshooting for my RV engine/transmission explaining the problem I was seeing. I was told to bring it in but would be in line as they were two weeks backlogged. Drove RV 60 miles to the shop thru Austin traffic, I was told that they do not work on RV's older than 10 years old, mine was 12 years old. Beware, I took my truck to Doggett due to these service engine light being on they emailed me a estimate of $3200.00 plus stating numerous sensors were bad, I approved the repairs. When I arrive to retrieve the truck the Mechanic stated it wasn't the sensors but the clamps were on backwards he never changed anything. They tried to charge me $2700 but after a conversation with the manager Trevor the bill dropped to $2200 for labor only. The light returned 100 miles down the road. I returned to Doggett. This is by far the worse freightliner dealer in the country. We were towed here due to the truck losing power and when we got there, the guy says they will take care of unhooking the trailer and will call us with an update when they look into our issue. We waited an entire day, at a hotel, until we called them for an update. They LIED and said the mechanic isn't in yet and will look at it when he does.
