I bought a Ford Explorer from here and it had an issue with it the week after I bought it so we called the person who had sold us the car and he had the biggest attitude he was cussing, yelling, and said that he wasn’t gonna help us which genuinely shocked us because he was so nice and so sweet when he had sold the car to us, so we had to call the manager. Edit: The person who replied never answered the phone or called back. Just avoid this location. I brought my 2013 Ford fiesta in because of transmission issues. I was told the casing WAS CRACKED. This was a blatant lie to get me to pay $7k. The only thing that was wrong was the TMC was FACTORY DEFECTIVE. IT COST $2.8K TO FIX. This location will lie to you in order to get more money from you. I am so glad I took it to a second place.
In two hours I was ready to leave with my new car.
