I know they do good work from a past gate repair in 2016 but after numerous calls to get a gate replaced since 11/01/24 and numerous promises to call me back with an eta for service....no calls from them were ever made. Got tired of hearing the same excuses every time I called them for eta status ("I'll talk to my team & call you back"), the zero customer service from them was laughable. Called their competitor yesterday & they arrived this morning and are already repairing same day!!! Go figure & way to go Patrick!!! Thanks... read more
