Great Exam.
Erol behaved like a jerk. I had a prior appointment at Costco. He invited me into his room for consultation and as soon as he saw another couple walking in , told me to go out , stating that the people with original appointment arrived and that I was supposed to be attended by another optemetrist. He was rude and not even apologetic .
Dr Dogan has been our family optometrist for many years. He listens and spends time to answer questions/concerns . He is the best!
Today I had an appointment follow up with Dr. Dogan. Usually, the contact lenses solution is provided when asked to put on contacts, as per his instructions. Yet, it was very unusual today when I was left with no solution. John P.
My family has been seeing Dr. Dogan for years now and are very comfortable with his examination findings. He has a very calm demeanor and explains things in detail. I was also very appreciative when he diagnosed my mother with retinal problems and referred her immediately to a retinal specialist (despite the fact that she had just been seen by a different one 2 weeks prior and was told everything was fine). It was a great call on his part that allowed us to start treatment right away.
