We have tried to reach out to Brian several times after our second training class needed to be rescheduled for understandable reasons. However, we have not heard back from him.

Three phone calls and one email via his site...unanswered. Called and got him on phone, said he was going on "vacation" but would be in my neighborhood that following Thursday and would call with time for first training of my two dogs. Never heard back from him. Save your time and get someone who is reliable.
