My dog was groomed today and he came back extremely skittish. He seems to be limping from one paw, and he wouldn’t let anyone near him. Upon closer inspection, we realized that he had been hurt, likely by the clippers. We were not notified about this. This was our second time having our dog groomed here, and it’ll likely be the last. We had not seen your dog since last November, so he was very overgrown and matted plus he had been partially clipped at home. He also came in with a wet rear from having a mess cleaned off before coming in. He had diarrhea in the bathtub, during his blow dry, and in the cage after his haircut, necessitating another bath. He was never injured during his groom, and in fact was frolicking around the lobby, perfectly sound on all feet, upon pickup. Excellent, professional and compassionate, well informed groomers. They are not only skilled at making your dog look nice but very knowledgeable in breeds, their traits, personality and potential health issues they may find when grooming. When you visit this business you get the full package of service and skill.
Jill and her staff are very professional I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my babies ! They will be in good hands and very well cared for ! We have been going to her now for about 11 years ! Highly recommend Dog Stylists :) !
