In an emergency Mr Jones was exceptional, meeting us at the practice at 7pm to help our little puppy. He firstly made her somewhat comfortable. & then the next morning operated, Mr Jones was informative, professional, & was very careful with our puppy, also quick thinking, the cost with even after hours was very very good. Operation was also a very good price. I give dog rock a 5 star for all areas. Looked after our puppy very very well, also all other staff were very pleasant to communicate with. Thank Dog Rock 🤘
The best vet clinic in Albany
I wouldn't take my guinea pigs anywhere else! Both vets I've seen here about my little "vet bill on legs" have been amazing with my precious little boy! The vet nurses are also lovely and you can tell they care as much as the vets 💖 Thank you so much for always taking Waffle's injuries seriously and providing so much help and knowledge to a new guinea pig mum 🥰
