I was a first time customer. Based off all the great reviews I thought I would be receiving great customer service. When I first walked in there was no warm greeting, just asked what my dogs name was. Never walked me through the procedure of their bathing service (being first time customer I want to know my dog is in good hands and that she will be taken care of) Prior to making the appointment I read online what the bathing service included to make sure she would be brushed out since that was my main focus since she is a sh... read more

Paige, I am very sorry you were not greeted warmly upon you arrival and also that we did not explain our bathing process completely. Dogs are shedding heavily this time of year and so a bath, brush and de-shed treatment will not eliminate all shedding but help reduce over time- the bath and brushing can continue to stimulate the release of the hair over the next 48 hours with -certain short haired dogs it is very noticeable.
