Great group of people. Everyone pushes each other to reach the goals they have for themselves. Staff/coaches are great. Coaches are very knowledgeable.
Natalie does such a fantastic job teaching and helping our dragon boat club members for our group fitness on Sunday. The workouts include strength training and conditioning and are designed intentionally to challenge ourselves while also allowing for modifications for every exercise when someone has injuries or pain with the exercise.
