I tried to order the Prost Platter through doordash. It never arrived and for the $20 platter plus tax and fees I was refunded a total of $6. With no other recourse from the restaurant, the delivery person or doordash.

I will never order from here again. First, I ordered delivery from the website directly today 9/12 and was given a delivery service named; Deliver Logic. Everything was fine until the estimated time was past due by almost 45 minutes. I called the restaurant and JJ who answered the phone was very unprofessional and was no help and was very condescending in the way of saying “I can’t help you so why are you calling”. Lunchtime on a Sunday. Two staff on duty, one in the kitchen and one hanging out with friends at the bar. Pouring them shots and getting their drinks while we wait to have our order taken. After ten minutes we get two completely flat beers, ten more minutes and the fries come out completely drowned in the nastiest "aioli" and salsa. Flies all over us the entire time. Took a FURTHER ten minutes to get the check paid and I'm $40 in the hole with nothing to show for it. Server was polite but avoid this place at all costs.

I love how much they’ve expanded their new menu. The Manager on duty was amazing. She gave great recommendations and really cared about satisfaction of her customers. Well, she said she was only going to be there for another two weeks. It made my experience that much better. The sweet honey, chicken sandwich and tater tots with some ranch dressing were a must.
