Only 5 people at the bar. Wasn’t greeted. Didn’t know where to order food. How to look around to see if we seat ourselves or what. Then I find the kiosk to order from. That’s when an employee came to front and still didn’t greet me. For an empty restaurant service was still slow. No customer service skills from the employees they need to do better. When food was brought out, still no greeting. Just asked who had what.
The amazing woman behind the bar will make you wanna come back! Not to mention the food is amazing!!
Music too loud for easy conversation. The food is great! I enjoyed having a small meal which you are able to customize a bit. I had a slider burger and a small cor dog. With the tots on the side it was more than plenty for me. Hubby had the Old Town. He said it was delicious. He ordered a side of tots and we both left well-satisfied. Thanks guys, for a great meal!
This was our first visit and it was mediocre. The food was a bit pricey and only sold a la carte. We ordered a hotdog, burger and shareable fries. My hotdog had very little condiment on it compared to the description. We had to wait a while to get our fries and were done with our food when they finally came out. The place was empty, so I didnt understand why service was so slow. The only saving grace was the flavor combination of each food item. Sadly, I don't think we'll be back.
Says 11pm on the door but closes at 10. Fix it
