My Lexi is very wiggly and anxious and very challenging to groom. She has a licking compulsion that can make trimming the face extremely difficult. Jess has always done a fabulous job and I've never been disappointed. Jessica keeps good notes about what she's doing and what you may want changed in the future, etc. She's very good about keeping me informed of issues that may come up and how Lexi tolerates the whole experience. I fully trust her with my precious furbaby. I'm amazed at how quickly she can get the job done too!
