This was the first time taking my girls to get groomed they have short hair and I usually do it myself. But now that I have two kids under 2 I don't have as much time to have a spa day at home. I stopped in the day before and she got us in the next day even though it was easter. I'm was excited to know nail trims are no charge. I usually take them to my vet who charge me $20 each. I no longer go to Sherry because I work where we have a salon. I would recommend her without question. She has cared for my old, ill dog as well as my young pup and my granddog that can be a handful. She is a great groomer!
I went in with a picture of my yorkie and she said she can do that. And when I came back she was a different dog. Not even close to what I wanted. Her cut was such a bad chop job she cut her eye lashes off one eye and left half of an eyelash on the other. Her hair is now spiked and it was long and layer down on the side. The sides of her head is all Un even. I have been taking my three to Sherry since I first got the, two as fosters and our Pup 18 months ago. Not only does she give an amazing discount to us for the foster dogs, she takes incredible care of each of their individual needs while they are in her care. Abby can't be kennled so she gets to hang out in the office and Angus is a punk and they just put up with his brattiness and send them all back to me clean, nails perfect and most importantly, HAPPY DOGS!!
A class act all around! Wonderful staff and great facility. My little guy Eugene is in love with Mrs.Sherry :-* The woman can work magic!! Thank you for always taking such great care of my little guy.
Exceptional customer service! Exceptional grooming! I am so thankful we were referred here by Kelly Ashley. Thank you Sherry and Jeanie (sp?). Topaz looks great and had a great experience.....we can tell the difference between a good groomibg experience and a bad one. This was good!!!! See you in six weeks:)
